Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Tradies Club account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app:

1. Open the Tradies Club app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your request

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Your job postings and quotes
• Your reviews and ratings
• Your message history
• Your payment information

Please note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance).

Report an Issue

If you are experiencing a bug or technical issue with the app, please email [email protected] with:

• A description of the issue
• Your device type (iPhone, Android) and OS version
• Screenshots if possible
